What states do you operate in?

We are currently only serving clients that in the state of Georgia, USA. Please check back for expansion of operations.

Is my medical data secure?

Yes. We take your privacy seriously. Our client portal is HIPAA compliant which includes your medical records, telehealth visits, and messaging software. Your data including your name, demographics, contact information, medical history, uploaded documents/photos, will NEVER be shared without your explicit consent.

Are there any side effects?

Most people do not experience any side effects, however, side effects such nausea and bowel movement changes have been noted. If you do experience side effects, most are mild and temporary if you experience them at all. Our physician will discuss potential side effects and how to manage them, and will follow with you closely as you are taking the medication.

How long will I need to take the medication?

The duration of treatment varies depending on individual progress and goals. Our physician will work with you to develop a personalized plan and determine the appropriate length of treatment.

How do I pick up my medications?

The medications are shipped to you, usually within 5-7 days after the prescription order is sent to the pharmacy.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds once an invoice has been paid.
