More about Perimeter

If you've been burned by online health programs before, or you're not sure who to trust in a space full of aggressive advertising and questionable claims, that skepticism is well-placed. This page is written for you.

Perimeter is a physician-owned telehealth practice based in Georgia. You will meet your board-certified physician during your initial visit and continue care with that same physician throughout your weight loss program.

This is not a platform where you see a different provider every visit, or where your prescription is reviewed by someone you've never met in a state you've never been to. Every prescription written through this practice is written personally by your physician, who is individually accountable for every clinical decision made here.

What we do and why

We offer physician-managed tirzepatide weight management for Georgia patients. We prescribe a compounded form of tirzepatide through a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy because compounded formulations allow us to prescribe a physician-managed individualized protocol using a multi-dose vial format. This gives your physician the ability to adjust your dose precisely based on your clinical response and maintain the flexibility that commercial single-dose prefilled pens cannot provide.

Compounded tirzepatide is not FDA-approved. We disclose this clearly because we think you deserve to understand exactly what you're receiving and why your physician believes it is appropriate for you specifically. Before any prescription is issued, your physician documents the specific clinical reason that a compounded preparation is appropriate for your individual case.

What we don't do

We don't use before-and-after photos or influencer endorsements. We don't have a customer service team that handles your clinical questions — your physician does. Most medical practices take days to respond to patient messages. Our goal is to respond to every clinical question within 24 hours, directly.

Who this is for

This practice is for Georgia patients who want physician-managed weight loss care, who understand that compounded medication requires a legitimate clinical justification and not just a credit card, and who want to know exactly who is responsible for their care and how to hold them accountable.

If that sounds like what you've been looking for, we'd be glad to have you as a patient.
