Getting started

Who is this program for?

1

Georgia residents with a BMI of 30 or above, or a BMI of 27 or above with a weight-related health condition such as high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, or sleep apnea. You must not be enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid, and you must be located in Georgia at the time of your visits. If you're unsure whether you qualify, the intake form will walk you through the eligibility criteria before you book.

How do I get started?

2

Complete the online intake form, which your physician reviews before your initial consultation. Your first visit is a live telehealth consultation with your physician. After your physician determines that weight loss medication is clinically appropriate for you and documents the specific justification for your personalized prescription, your medication is ordered and shipped directly to your Georgia address.

What happens at the initial consultation?

3

You'll have a live video visit with your physician. You'll go over your medical history, your GI sensitivity profile, any prior experience with GLP-1 medications, and your goals. Your physician will design a titration protocol specific to your clinical profile and explain exactly what dose you'll be starting at and why. Most consultations take 20 to 30 minutes.

How long does it take to receive my first shipment after the consultation?

4

Typically 5 to 7 business days after your prescription is authorized and your first payment is processed.

About the medication

What are GLP1/GIP weight loss medications?

1

It activates two hormone receptors — GLP-1 and GIP — that regulate appetite, blood sugar, and gastric emptying. In clinical trials, tirzepatide produced an average weight loss of 20 to 25 percent of body weight over 72 weeks, making it among the most effective weight loss medications available.

Is it legal?

2

Yes. Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act permits licensed state pharmacies to compound medications for individual patients when a licensed physician prescribes them with documented patient-specific clinical justification. Every prescription written through this practice includes that documentation. We work exclusively with licensed 503A compounding pharmacies that are in good standing with their state board of pharmacy.

How do I know the medication is safe and high quality?

3

Our pharmacy partners are licensed 503A compounding pharmacies regulated by their state board of pharmacy and required to follow USP compounding standards for sterility, potency, and purity. We conduct ongoing due diligence on our pharmacy partners, including confirming their licensing status and absence of FDA warning letters. If you want to independently verify your pharmacy's license, we will provide the pharmacy name and state board information so you can do so.

What are the side effects?

4

The most common side effects are gastrointestinal: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and constipation. These are most common during initiation and dose escalation and typically improve as your body adjusts to each dose. Our precision titration protocol — using smaller intermediate dose steps than the commercial schedule — is specifically designed to minimize these effects. Serious but rare risks include pancreatitis (seek emergency care for severe abdominal pain), gallbladder problems, and possible thyroid tumors. GLP1/GIP weight loss medications are contraindicated if you or a blood relative have a personal history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia type 2.

About the program

How much does it cost?

The program fee is all-inclusive — one monthly charge covers your physician consultation, your individualized compounded tirzepatide prescription, injection supplies, cold-chain shipping, and provider portal access. There are no hidden fees.

Does insurance cover this?

2

This is a cash-pay only practice. We do not bill insurance. HSA and FSA cards are accepted — compounded tirzepatide qualifies as an eligible medical expense when prescribed for a diagnosed condition.

Is this a subscription? Can I cancel?

3

Yes, it is a monthly subscription billed before each shipment is authorized. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date through the patient portal. No cancellation fee. No minimum commitment beyond the initial cycle.

Is my information private?

4

Yes. Your health information is protected under HIPAA. We do not sell or share your data with third parties outside of the direct care relationship, including your compounding pharmacy and any covered entities required for your treatment. We do not use your health information for advertising or marketing.
